China Bistro in New Albany

I think it's really good! Better than most Chinese places around. Food is always fresh and made to order. Fried rice is really fried and not boiled! Always had good customer service. It's my new go to place. Definitely can't go wrong.

Fairly decent food, dine-in experience is lacking due to compromised space.

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this delicious restaurant. Well it was a tremendous evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for that strong evening. The team participated in a splendid manner, the meals were extremely good and my friends were so pleased. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

This place has some of my favorite dishes. The people are delightful. Johnathan waited on us and was very pleasant.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant; we've been coming here for years. The food is delicious, hot and ready in a timely manner. They've NEVER gotten our order wrong, they even have a convenient drive thru. Love this place!

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant the food is pretty good and it's consistent. Some of our favorites are egg foo young with pork, chicken and vegetable fried rice, sesame chicken, and pork mei fun.

Our family owns a Chinese restaurant in Chicago and this is the best Chinese place in Southern Indiana, hands down. We don’t go anywhere else after trying MANY different places since moving here 6 years ago. My kids love their dumplings! The house fried rice and house Mei fun are fantastic! Highly recommend them!

This is by far my favorite place for Chinese food in So. Indiana. I always get a special request and they know my number and throughout the many times I've been there, not once have they ever gotten our order wrong. Great food, amazing service.

No better or worse than other Oriental fast food other they did use baby corn and watercress. Most do not.

This is the best Chinese I've had. The food is very easy to digest. You leave here feeling like you did your body a favor instead of feeling like you made a mistake!

They have some of the best mei fun noodles in the city and are very friendly. Their egg drop soup.is great and has the perfect (thick) consistency than most of the other places around the area. We eat about 2-3 gallons a week.

The best dine in, no buffet, Chinese food. The carry out is also great.

Decent food with a decent price.

This is the best Chinese food I've found in the Kentucky/Indiana area. The chicken is good quality. If you order something fried it's actually crispy and not soggy. All the sauces taste unique and not like they come from a can. If you order something extra spicy they actually do it! The fried rice is delicious. If you order carryout there's a drive thru for added convenience, but if you want to eat inside they have nice booths, TV's, and friendly service. I try to eat there as often as I can!

My daughters and I had our daddy-daughter dinner here. I tried a meal which I have been wanting to try for a long time. We had a good time together. Also, the service was really very good. We will probably visit this place again. The meal of orange chicken and hot tea was a little spicy for me, but still good. The egg drop soup and egg rolls were very good, too.

This was our first visit to this resturant and it won't be the last. The food we ordered was very good and the service was good as well. Probably the best fried rice we have ever had. The sweet and sour soup was not as spicy as some we have had but was OK. We were there around 5 pm and was not real busy, but shortly after we arrived it got real busy.

For cheap, convenient Chinese food, this is not too bad. I came for lunch because it's cheaper, and for 2 meals it was around $13. The flavor is comparable to most Chinese restaurants. I am a texture person, and this was decent quality - not chewy or overly fatty. It was just right. The portions are a bit smaller than Panda Express, but for the price it was about the same in the long run. I would definitely come back again if I'm in the neighborhood.

I think the user who was upset that their food was not delivered had the wrong place - China Bistro has never delivered. They do have a drive-up window if you order ahead, and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for food when I did not order ahead. Their food is really good quality - not MSG orange like some places, the food looks and tastes fresh and wonderful. Best Chinese fast food place on this side of the river IMHO.

Best take out I've had in Southern Indiana! I may have found my spot. If only they had fried wings appetizers though!

This is our go to place! The food is consistently good. There’s never been a time when the food was less than 5 star worthy. The owners are very nice, extremely fast and know just how we like our order every time. We get this delivered to work on a regular basis and idk how they do it, but the food is always piping hot, whereas anything else we order is barely warm by time it gets here. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I ordered Scallops with Broccoli. My dish probably had less than 2 ounces of scallops. Nearly all broccoli. For a $12 meal it was pathetic. Tasted good but the entree should be called “broccoli with 7 dime size scallops.” Not going back.

I am a regular at China Bistro...and always satisfied with the results. The food is hot, fresh, and good quality...and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. As far as I am concerned, this is the best Chinese restaurant in Clark and Floyd Counties.

We stopped in on Saturday for late lunch. We googled for “Chinese near us” while out running errands. We wanted cooked to order and not buffet. We arrived and restaurant is located in small strip center across from Meijer. Clean, cozy, typical. We were there for dine in. Looks like wife and husband owner operator. We were drawn to lunch specials on the back of menu. good prices. My companion and I enjoyed our meal. The quality of the Food was good. The food was better than comparable places. Lady running the place and serving us was courteous, spoke with us and served us at our table. We will return. Two lunch specials with water Under $13.00. Pleasant atmosphere and experience.

This place is so consistent with everything. It is always clean, the food is very delicious, and portions are perfect. If anything i would have liked more brocolli under my General Taos chicken.

We have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant for awhile, decided to try this on a whim since it had good reviews. A good sign when we went in was the phone was ringing constantly for take out orders. Staff were friendly. We ordered the crab raggoon, orange chicken, sesame chicken, wonton soup, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious! The sesame chicken was my favorite. Will definitely try again. Large portions in the combinations, ended up only eating half, but all super delicious!
